Storyline
A grandmother tells her two granddaughters a version of The Little Mermaid in which a mermaid princess is tricked by a wizard who steals her soul, and forced to live a life away from her ocean home enslaved to the wizard for eternity. The next day, Cam questions several people who have taken Locke’s mermaid water; none of them have actually been cured of their ailments.
