Storyline
In 1665 New France, the lives of a young Mohawk girl, Kateri, and her brother Jean-Baptiste, are upended with the arrival of Les Filles du Roi. Amidst the upheaval, they form an unexpected bond with Marie-Jean Lespérance, a young fille whose aspirations for a new life prove to be more intricate than she could have anticipated.
