Storyline
Mitch, a highly successful journalist, is so consumed by his work that he has little time or energy for anything else. One evening, he catches Morrie’s interview on national news and learns that his former professor is suffering from Lou Gehrig’s disease. Impressed by the interview, Mitch reaches out to Morrie and what begins as a visit transforms into a spiritual journey as Mitch opens himself up to the wisdom Morrie has to offer.
