Storyline
In a cemetery, a woman is discovered in a small grave. According to the autopsy, the 21 stab wounds she sustained were self-inflicted. The woman was a former patient of clinical psychologist Joe O’Loughlin, who was consulted by the police for his opinion on the case. As a result of a string of coincidental events and circumstantial evidence, he is suspected of being the murderer.
