“One of the most satisfying things to me is how faithful Scorsese was to my book.”

In my opinion, the movie added much more drama than needed. The movie turned a Christmas train ride into a train full of strange mysteries and adventure.
On the bright side, the songs are beautiful, especially the scene “when Christmas comes to town.” Santa’s portrayal also is like a mentor.
