Storyline
Over a span of 31 years, the notorious serial killer known as BTK spread terror in the small town of Wichita, Kansas. Commencing in 1974 and concluding in 1991 with a resurgence in 2005, BTK claimed the lives of 10 people before being apprehended. This is the narrative of how law enforcement discovered, captured, and successfully prosecuted the ruthless killer identified as Dennis Rader.
