Storyline
This story revolves around an unforeseen rendezvous involving the occupants of apartment number 2 on Rue Eugène Manuel in Paris. Among them are Paloma Josse, an exceptionally bright eleven-year-old harboring a concealed agenda; Madame Michel, the reserved and solitary caretaker who conceals a cultured and knowledgeable persona beneath her unpretentious and standoffish exterior; and the enigmatic Monsieur Kakuro Ozu, a Japanese newcomer to the residence.
