Storyline
Helen Hewitt becomes the first woman to assume leadership at Barfield, a maximum-security prison that had been nearly decimated by a devastating riot. Although she is met with overt animosity from the inmates and a lack of enthusiasm from the prison staff, she is resolute in her mission to restore order and improve conditions within the facility.
