Storyline
Emma O Conner, 12, finds herself involved in a dogfight with the mayor and the town dogcatcher after being transferred to live with her aunt in the little town of Doverville. Emma must assemble a bunch of classmates, adults, and lovely dogs of all shapes and sizes in a grand holiday pageant in order to overturn their ban on dogs.
