Storyline
After serving as a henchman and familiar to Count Dracula for centuries, R.M. Renfield decides to start a new life in modern-day New Orleans. There, he meets a tough and aggressive traffic cop named Rebecca Quincy and falls in love with her, which opens up a new world of possibilities for him.
