Storyline
Utilizing close confidant Frank Sinatra as an intermediary, the Kennedys seek assistance from Chicago Mafia boss Sam Giancana to manipulate the union vote in favor of JFK, promising protection from government prosecution in return. However, these favors transform into betrayal when the newly appointed Attorney General, Bobby Kennedy, initiates a crackdown on the American Mafia.
