Storyline
In Season 1, the story unfolds two decades after a series of tragic incidents nearly tore apart the working-class town of Millwood. In the present day, a diverse group of teenage girls, a fresh generation of Little Liars, is haunted by an unidentified Assailant. They are forced to atone for the hidden transgressions of their parents from twenty years ago, as well as their own sins.
