Storyline
In 1993, Melissa was planning to get an abortion to end her unintended pregnancy when, just before the procedure, she told the doctor, ‘I can’t do this’. Instead, she decides to give birth to her child and give him up for adoption, where he is taken in by the Louisiana family Colton. When Melissa contacts David through the adoption agency 18 years later, they connect on social media and eventually meet in person.
