Several alpinists attempt to climb ‘The Ogre’. Their departure point is a small mountain hotel from which many tourists are watching them. She tells her that she is waiting her husband who tried to climb the mountain and who should be back any day. But then the weather gets bad which leads to the decline of hope but also draws the women together in anxiety.

Since the beginning of mountaineering, mountain literature has inspired generations of climbers and has given rise to a few epic films.
Amazing and fascinating stories of people overcoming adversity and surviving against the odds and the demons of the unknown.
“The movie will never be as good as the book, both because the book goes on longer and because books are internal.”
