Storyline
A jaded police officer suspects a recent murder of a middle-aged man is connected to a 30-year-old case of possible rape involving a group of friends and a corrupt police officer. As he investigates, he discovers a link to neurofibromatosis, a rare genetic disorder that primarily affects people of Northern European descent. Through his investigation, he uncovers a story of a geneticist father who loses his child to neurofibromatosis, and whose quest for answers leads to his degenerate father and the revelation of multiple unsolved missing person cases from a decade ago.
