Storyline
On January 30th, 1972, 13 unarmed civilians participating in an anti-internment civil rights march in Derry, Northern Ireland were shot and killed by British soldiers. This event played a significant role in the history of the modern Irish troubles, inspiring many young men to join the IRA and fueling a 25-year cycle of violence.
