Storyline
After her mother’s death, Pursy Will returns to New Orleans to claim her inheritance, only to find two troubled men, Bobby Long and Lawson Pines, living in her mother’s house. Bobby, a once-promising literature professor, and Lawson, his young protégé, have succumbed to alcoholism and despair.
