Storyline
In 1989, a girl kidnapping-murder case known as ’64’ occurred in Japan, which remained unsolved for 14 years. In 2002, ex-detective Yoshinobu Mikami, who worked on the case 14 years ago, becomes a Public Relations Officer in the Police Affairs Department. However, a new case arises that closely resembles the ’64’ case, causing Mikami to revisit the old investigation and deal with the media’s involvement.
