Inspired by the American fashion designer Roy Halston Frowick, better known as Halston, a fashion icon that helped define the style of the 70s, this is the story of a man who leverages his single, invented name into a worldwide fashion empire that’s synonymous with luxury, sex, status and fame, literally defining the era.
The story starts with their first date in 1949, and follows two parallel tracks: the Reagans’ rise to power and their growing distance from their children. This is maintained throughout the story. The most captivating aspect of the story is the portrayal of Reagan’s political transformation from a loyal Democrat to a Republican Governor and President, while still maintaining that Reagan is not depicted as someone who changes his principles for personal gain.
After his father’s passing, a lawyer unexpectedly becomes a beneficiary of a clandestine secret society. Intriguingly, he finds himself pursued by enigmatic members of this obscure organization, prompting him to delve into its concealed depths. As he unravels the malevolent truths and treachery lurking within, the lawyer uncovers a web of deceit that lies at the very core of the society.
